This Sneaky Power class was requested by two of our Patreons, Leah and Matheus! The idea behind this class is that slowly and steadily your body starts to warm, muscles begin to awaken and energy starts to flow!

Our Latest Online Class: Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a deep guided meditation for creating a sense of relaxation and calm. It is sometimes explained as an “awake sleep state”. The focus on the body and breath helps the mind to begin to still and offers time for the body to fully relax. Mark loves to do this practice in bed, especially after a stressful day…grab the blankets and cushions and drift into rest!

Our Latest Online Class: Mellow Hatha Yoga

What can we say about this practice?… It’s simply a lovely mellow Hatha class, focusing on creating space in the hips and lower body. There’s no downward dog in this class, so it’s also a great sequence if your wrists and upper body are sore or tender. We have the lovely wind as our accompaniment as Mark guides you through this practice of unwinding.

Home is Earth

In 2015 I began traveling to teach Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world. Every so often I used to leave my home for a few months to teach yoga students who wanted to become teachers, that gig lasted about 5 years, until COVID-19 happened. I love to travel and when I travel I feel that all my worries disappear, I feel at home! Throughout my life I have lived in different cities in Colombia, Denmark and Canada and I feel that the more one travels and sees the world the more one feels part of a collective, the collective that lives on earth. I grew up in Medellin, Colombia and I consider that city my first home, then I lived in Kolding (Denmark) and several places throughout Canada like Vancouver, the Okanagan, Vancouver Island and Toronto.
