In this workshop you will gather tools and skills to support, enhance, and impact your yoga practice to improve your movement in daily living. We will discuss the differences between actions like push, pull, yield and reach and how they apply to yoga postures and movement patterns. You will have fun flowing through familiar and new yoga postures. This workshop explores simple tools that you can use both on and off the mat.
